About
Managing Quality, Health and Safety across multiple sites is becoming increasingly complex. Many organisations still rely on spreadsheets, shared drives, emails and locally managed systems to handle incidents, documentation, corrective actions and compliance activities. While these tools may work at individual site level, they often make it difficult to standardise processes, maintain visibility across locations and ensure consistent execution throughout the organisation. This session explores how organisations can move from fragmented local processes towards connected operational governance across Quality and EHS. Using practical examples, including the digital transformation journey of Greenyard, one of Europe's leading fresh, frozen and prepared food companies and a Bizzmine customer, we will explore how connected workflows enable organisations to improve visibility, strengthen operational governance and establish greater operational control across multiple sites. Rather than focusing on software alone, the presentation looks at the practical considerations involved in harmonising operational processes, connecting responsibilities and orchestrating Quality and EHS activities across the organisation. It also explores how connected workflows improve traceability, simplify audit preparation, strengthen collaboration and create a shared operational foundation that supports benchmarking, continuous improvement and scalable governance. Drawing on Greenyard's experience as a multinational food manufacturer operating across multiple countries and production sites, the session demonstrates how the organisation replaced fragmented local tools with one connected operational platform. The result was not simply greater standardisation, but a stronger operational foundation capable of supporting governance, visibility and operational control at enterprise scale. In this session, you will learn: - Why spreadsheets, email workflows and locally managed systems often limit visibility across sites and business units. - The challenges organisations face when harmonising Quality and EHS processes across multiple locations. - How connected workflows strengthen complaint management, document control, corrective actions and cross-functional collaboration. - What organisations should consider when building a connected operational foundation for Quality and EHS. - How operational governance, connected workflows and a single source of truth improve audit readiness, benchmarking, scalability and operational control. Whether your organisation is at the beginning of its digital transformation journey or looking to harmonise existing Quality and EHS processes across multiple locations, this session provides practical insights and real-world experience to help build a connected operational foundation that supports governance, continuous improvement and long-term operational control.
