Mandatory training must be up-to-date, easy to understand, and fully verifiable—but creating, organizing, and documenting it often takes a lot of time. Using sycat eLU as an example, this presentation demonstrates how AI and LMS simplify the entire training process: with ready-made content, AI-supported creation and updates, targeted assignment, learning assessments, and automatic documentation.
