About the Speaker

PPE provides protection—but not against assaults. What companies must do to truly protect their employees

Occupational safety often approaches safety from a technical perspective. Yet many employees face hazards that no protective equipment can mitigate. Sexual harassment is a real strain on mental health, work performance, and the workplace atmosphere, yet it often goes unnoticed in occupational safety. This presentation explains why preventing sexual harassment must be part of modern occupational safety and what structural, organizational, and cultural measures companies need to effectively protect their employees.
